All children must be under suitable adult supervision at all times inside and in the immediate vicinity of the planetarium and its equipment.

All adults must behave in a suitable manner, avoiding harm to our staff, our equipment and other users.

Climbing and leaning against the dome walls is prohibited.   Pushing, colliding or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others is forbidden.

No toys or sharp instruments.

Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the dome is completely clear.

No smoking.

No food or drink.

Entrance during inflation or deflation of the dome is dangerous and is strictly forbidden.

All persons must follow the safety instructions given by our staff and abide by the rules set out in this document.

Please note that all persons using this planetarium do so at their own risk.   Our staff will remain on site for the entire duration of the hire. The person/s hiring this planetarium will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These rules ensure the enjoyment and safety of all people using this planetarium, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure   they are fully adhered to at all times. Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.   I have read the above agreement and fully understand   and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my hire I am fully responsible for the dome, projection equipment and sound system and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this includes damage or destruction by accident or intent.
